STORM DRAIN CROSSING UNDER TRACKS Between City and Southern Pacific Transportation Co. to allow construc- tion of a drainage structure under the tracks 358' east of Bristol Street. REVISED CONNECTION FEE COLLECTION Between City and Orange County Sanita- tion District No. 7 to revise the collection method for sewer connection fees to allow the City to retain 5% for administration costs.
