CA 13.4A AGREEMENTS - CETA TITLE I MANPOWER PROGRAMS - APPROVED 6 MONTHS STATUS REPORT - REQUESTED The Manpower Coordinator was instructed to report to Council in six months on the phase-out of public sector work experience program under Title I, and Council approved the following agreement and authorized execution by Mayor and Clerk, on the unanimously approved 5:0 motion of Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Ward: CITY-OPERATED CETA TITLE I MANPOWER PROGRAMS - Between City and the Orange County Manpower Commission for programs ap- proved for funding by Council June 20, 1977.
