PHILIP MEGDAL FOR NORTH MAIN STREET <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Recommendation: Recommend that Agency grant a six <br />month exclusive right to negotiate to Dr. Philip <br />Megdal for development of North Main Street, parcel <br />numbers 003-112-18, -39, -41, -45, -47, -50, -51, - <br />52 and -53. (Some of these parcels will be adjusted <br />to reflect the to-be-constructed Buffalo on-ramp and <br />the realignment of Bush Street. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that Agency <br />grant a SlX month exclUSlve right to negotiate to <br />Dr. Philip Megdal for development of North Main <br />Street, parcel numbers 003-112-18, -39, -41, -45, - <br />47, -50, -51, -52 and -53. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FROM RONALD A.
