RALPH <br />ALLEN <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Agency policy. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend to Agency <br />that Mr. Allen be granted an extension of six months <br />with an automatic 90-day evaluation with right to <br />cancel which would be made by the Commission based <br />on good faith progress including payment of the <br />$1,000 covering the developer's portion of Agency <br />expenses and providing staff with a site plan and <br />proforma. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH HARRY AND EVELYN <br />GREENBERG <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorize staff to notice a public hearing on <br />January 21, 1980 which is legally required <br />prior to entering into an OWner participation <br />Agreement to convey land to a developer. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Grant Harry and Evelyn Greenberg a six month <br />exclusive right to negotiate for the develop- <br />ment of parcels 008-167-01, -02, -06, and the <br />westerly 75 feet of -15. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Recommend to Agency approval of OWner Partici- <br />pation Agreement with Harry and Evelyn Greenberg. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Recommend to Agency that Harry and Evelyn <br />Greenberg be granted a six month exclusive <br />right to negotiate for the development of <br />parcels 008-167-01, -02, -06 and the westerly <br />75 feet of -15. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />
