<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1- <br /> <br />MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION - STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />Received and filed. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * CONSENT CALENDAR FINIS * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DISPOSITION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH VISTA-MOHLER <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Serrato <br />and carried unanimously to authorize staff to notice a public <br />hearing at 5:30 p.m. on November 17, 1981 for the adoption of a <br />Disposßtion and Development Agreement with Vista-Mohler covering <br />the development of a site fronting on the north side of Civic <br />Center Drive between Lowell and Flower Streets to a depth of <br />approximately 150 feet. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DISPOSITION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH D AND B DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Serrato <br />and carried unanimously to authorize staff to notice a public <br />hearing at 5:30 P.M. on November 17,1981 for the adoption of a <br />Disposition and Development Agreement with D and B Development <br />Company, covering the development of a site wh1ch is bounded by <br />Fifth Street and Santa Ana Boulevard and Broadway and Sycamore <br />Street. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REVISED BY-LAWS <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Markel <br />and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution 81-109: A RESOLUTION <br />OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ADOPTING REVISED BY-LAWS, with modification of time to 5:30 P.M. <br /> <br />MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM - COMMERCIAL <br />REHABILITATION AGREEMENT/FLAHERTY <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset, seconded by Ms. McGuigan and <br />carried by a vote of 4:2 (Chairman Bricken and Mr. Griset voting <br />"NO") to approve assignment of the Commercial Rehabilitation <br />Participation Agreement between David J. and Leva Flaherty. <br /> <br />NEMETZ DEVELOPMENT SITE <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Griset seconded by Mr. Serrato and <br />carried by a vote of 5:1 (Mr. Markel voting "NO") to reject <br />offers to purchase in the Nemetz Development site. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
