MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 21, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Vernon S. Evans called the meeting to order in Room 831, <br />City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:30 P.M. The following <br />Council members were present Gordon Bricken, Harry K. Yamamoto, <br />John Garthe, David L. Brandt, James B. Ward and Mayor Evans. <br />Councilman David F. Ortiz arrived at 5:50 P.M. Staff members <br />present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg and Clerk of the <br />Council Florence I. Malone. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />INVOCATION <br /> <br />to the Flag. <br /> <br />The Invocation was given <br />by Mayor Evans, following <br />the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION At 5:35 P.M., the Mayor <br /> recessed the meeting for <br /> an Executive Session with <br />the City Manager to discuss personnel matters. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />informal agreement. <br /> <br />The Council reconvened <br />at 6:50 P.M. and immediately <br />adjourned by unanimous <br /> <br />FLORENCE 1.
