PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE CONDEMNATION OF THE CLARK PROPERTY (PROPOSED FASHION SQUARE DEVELOPMENT SITE) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 81-49: A RESO- LUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVEL- OPMENT PURPOSES IN THE PROPOSED FASHION SQUARE DEVE- LOPMENT SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR. Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Agency adopt a Resolut10n authorizing and directing the condemnation of property owned by Dwane M. Clark and Rose Nicholson Clark, in the proposed Fashion Square Development Site. C. PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE CONDEMNATION OF THE PRICE PROPERTY (D & B DEVELOPMENT SITE) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 81-50: A RESOLU- TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVEL- OPMENT PURPOSES IN THE D & B DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR. Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Agency adopt a Resolution authorizing and directing the condemnation of property owned by Kenneth C. Price and Marcia H. Price, Trustees of the Price Family Trust in the D & B Development Site. CONSENT CALENDAR NOTICE: All matters listed under Consent Calendar will be acted upon by one motion affirming the action recommended on the Agenda.
