<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT, EXECUTION OF GARNT DEED AND DECLA- <br />RATION OF RESTRICTIONS, AND WAIVER OF BOND REQUIREMENT <br />WITH SANTA ANA INTOWN APARTMENTS <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorize Chairman.to execute Consent to Assign- <br />ment of Contract for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development, dated May 2, 1977, as amended <br />June 2, 1980, from Santa Ana Intown Apartments <br />to Santa Ana Intown Two, and Grant Deed and <br />Declaration of Restrictions conveying Subparcel <br />2 of Phase II of development site to Santa Ana <br />In town Two. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve waiver by Agency of redeveloper's <br />obligation to procure faithful performance and <br />labor material payment bonds under Section <br />8(j) of Contract for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development, dated May 2,1977 between the <br />Agency and Santa Ana Intown Apartments. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Agency approve Consent to Assignment, execution of <br />Grant Deed and Declaration of Restrictions, and <br />waiver of Bond requirement with Santa Ana Intown <br />Apartments. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH MOHLER- <br />VISTA/EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED AND DECLARATION OF RESTRIC- <br />TIONS WITH OXFORD PROPERTIES, INC. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Approve Assignment of OWner Participation <br />Agreement with Mohler-Vista to Oxford Proper- <br />ties, Incorporated. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the Grant <br />Deed and Declaration of Restrictions with <br />Oxford Properties, Inc., a Colorado Corpora- <br />tion, covering the conveyance of property <br />pursuant to the Participation Agreement dated <br />February 19, 1980 between the Agency and Mohler- <br />Vista, a general partnership, and assigned to <br />Ox ford Properties, Inc. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Agency approve Assignment of OWner Participation <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH STEVEN <br />J. KEISER AND PAULA B. Keiser and Paula B. <br />Keiser to Parkside Plaza. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute a Grant Deed <br />and Declaration of Restrictions with parkside <br />Plaza, a general partnership, pursuant to the <br />participation Agreement dated January 15, 1979 <br />between the Agency and Steven J.
