ROBERT FAINBARG <br /> <br />Recommendation: Recommend denial of request by <br />Mr. Robert Fainbarg for an easement on property at <br />the northeast corner of Broadway and First Streets. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: This matter will be <br />considered by the Commission at its meeting of <br />December 21 at 3:30 P.M.
