HONIG, <br />DBA HONIG PLAZA, FOR THE B-2 SITE, THE NORTHWEST CORNER <br />OF CIVIC CENTER DRIVE AND FLOWER STREET <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve a Supplemental Agreement <br />to the Disposition and Development Agreement, dated <br />February 15, 1983, between the Agency and Douglas <br />S. Honig, dba Honig Plaza, extending Mr. Honig's <br />right to complete the purchase of the B-2 site from <br />August 5, 1983, until November 5, 1983. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Redevelopment Agency approve a Supplemental Agree- <br />ment to the Disposition and Development Agreement <br />dated February 15, 1983, between the Agency and <br />Douglas S. Honig, dba Honig Plaza, extending Mr. <br />Honig's right to complete the purchase of the B-2 <br />site from August 5,1983, until November 5,1983. <br />
