There will be no separate discussion of these items <br />prior to voting unless members of the Agency, staff or the public <br />request specific items to be removed from the Consent Calendar <br />for separate action. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve Minutes of Special Meet- <br />ing held on July 18, 1983; Regular Meeting held on <br />July 19, 1983; and Special Meeting held on August <br />1, 1983. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO NEGOTIATE <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE A-5 <br />SITE, NORTHEAST CORNER OF FIRST AND MAIN STREETS <br /> <br />Recommendation: Grant a 120 day extension to the <br />exclusive right to negotiate with Urbatec for <br />development of the A-5 site with the stipulation <br />that staff make a progress report to the Redevel- <br />opment Commission and Agency after the first 60 <br />days. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Redevelopment Agency grant a 120 day extension to <br />the exclusive right to negotiate with Urbatec for <br />development of the A-5 site with the stipulation <br />that staff make a progress report to the Commis- <br />sion and Agency after the first 60 days. <br />
