Honig for the development of the B- <br />2 site. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt <br />the budget and authorize its implementation by <br />the Community Redevelopment Commission. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH MR. ROBERT FAINBARG <br />(201 EAST FIRST STREET) <br /> <br />Recommendation: Recommend approval and authoriza- <br />tion to execute an Owner Participation Agreement <br />with Mr. Robert Fainbarg for an ingress/egress <br />easement on property at the northeast corner of <br />Broadway and First Streets. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: This matter will be <br />considered by the Commission at its meeting of <br />February 15 at 3:30 P.M. The Commission's recom- <br />mendation will be presented to the Agency for their <br />information at 5:30 P.M. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE - A-I DEVELOP- <br />MENT SITE <br /> <br />Recommendation: Grant Birchpark Associates a three- <br />month exclusive right to negotiate for the develop- <br />ment of the A-I site subject to the payment of <br />$15,000 to cover one-half of Agency cost of appraisal <br />and economic analysis. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Agency grant Birchpark Associates a three-month <br />exclusive right to negotiate for the development of <br />the A-I site subject to the payment of $15,000 to <br />cover one-half of Agency cost of appraisal and <br />economic analysis. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
