"Bill" Richardson, <br /> calling attention to a <br />SCAG (Southern California Association of Governments) state- <br />ment that it will use its influence to cut off federal and <br />State funds to cities that refuse to adopt housing assistance <br />goals consistent with SCAG's areawide housing plan, was <br />referred to Staff for report and recommendation, on the <br />unanimously carried 7:0 motion of Councilman Ward, seconded <br />by Councilman Brandt.
