Evans, Inc. for the La Bonita site <br />and authorize the Chairman to execute the <br />necessary documents; and <br /> <br />2. Approve the conceptual development plans <br />proposed by Kirk S. Evans, Inc. for the site. <br /> <br />D. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE JACKSON PARK SITE. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt Resolution No. 86-60: A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF AN <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF REAL <br />PROPERTY WITH CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING <br />CORPORATION; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Approve an Infi11 New Construction Loan for <br />$50,000 to Civic Center Barrio Housing <br />Corporation for the Jackson Park site. <br /> <br />Council Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt Resolution No. : A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />AN AMENDMENT TO AN "AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE AND <br />DEVELOPMENT OF REAL PROPERTY" BETWEEN THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AND CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING <br />CORPORATION; and <br /> <br />2. Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an <br />amended agreement with Civic Center Barrio <br />Housing Corporation to permit the acquisition <br />of land for development of rental housing; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. Approve and authorize <br />prepare and the Mayor <br />Infi11 Loan Agreement <br />Center Barrio Housing <br />of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />the City Attorney to <br />to execute the Housing <br />for $50,000 between Civic <br />Corporation and the City <br /> <br />3. <br />
