McFADDEN AVENUE) <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 86-51: A <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE HARBOR <br />DRIVE-IN DEVELOPMENT SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE <br />PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: That the Agency adopt <br />a Resolution of Necessity authorizing and <br />directing the condemnation of real property in <br />the Harbor Drive-in Development Site identified <br />as Assessor Parcel No. 144-262-01; 3700 W. <br />McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE PROPERTY - SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br />HARVARD AND FAIRVIEW STREETS <br /> <br />Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency <br />enter into an agreement with the United Cerebral <br />Palsy Association of Orange County, Inc. for <br />purchase of 0.64 acres of real property <br />identified as A.P. No. 408-213-04, for a total <br />cost not to exceed $231,400.00, plus interest. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: This item will be <br />presented to the Redevelopment Commission at its <br />meeting of September 16, 1986, and the <br />Commission's recommendation will be communicated <br />by staff to the Agency at the Agency's meeting of <br />the same date. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT, A-9 AND <br />A-12 PROJECTS <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the <br />proposed amendment to the Settlement and <br />Release Agreement, A-9 and A-12 Projects. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute <br />agreements with eligible developers pursuant <br />to the terms and conditions of the <br />Settlement and Release Agreement, A-9 and <br />A-12 Projects. <br /> <br />2. <br />
