<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Commissiom Recommendation: On May 20, 1986, the <br />Redevelopment Commission recommended approval of <br />the 1986-87 proposed budget for the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />with several modifications which have been <br />incorporated into the proposed amendments. <br /> <br />Council Recommendation: Ratify the Agency <br />approval of the FY 1986-87 budget of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana as identified in pages 5-1 through <br />5-118 of the City of Santa Ana's Proposed Annual <br />Budget, 1986-87, with amendments as delineated in <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />ACQUISITIONS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1026 NORTH <br />LOGAN STREET (A.P.N. 398-193-18) AND 616 EAST FIFTH <br />STREET (A.P.N. 398-338-04) <br /> <br />Recommendation: Authorize the Chairman of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana to execute all appropriate documents <br />for acquisition of the real property at 1026 <br />North Logan Street from Raymond Cruz, Joseph <br />Asher, Lilia C. Lozano and Maria A. Lechuga for <br />the negotiated amount of $42,000.00; and at 616 <br />East Fifth Street from Jesus Ortiz Estrada for <br />the negotiated amount of $63,000.00. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: That the Agency <br />authorize the Chairman to execute all appropriate <br />documents for acquisition of the real property at <br />1026 North Logan Street from Raymond Cruz, Joseph <br />Asher, Lilia C. Mendoza and Toni <br />Mendoza for the appraised amount of $210,000.00. <br /> <br />3. <br />
