P. Nos. 398-327-01, 07 and 08 <br />and A.P. Nos. 398-261-20 and 24, from the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Council Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to <br />execute all appropriate documents to convey <br />certain real property identified as A.P. Nos <br />398-327-01, 07 and 08 and A.P. Nos. 398-261-20 <br />and 24, to the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />LEASE AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE SPACE FOR WORLD TRADE <br />CENTER ASSOCIATION OF ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />That the Redevelopment Agency: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />authorize the Chairman of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana to execute a lease agreement for office <br />space at 600 West Santa Ana Boulevard, and <br /> <br />authorize the sublease of said office space <br />to the World Trade Center Association of <br />Orange County for a period of one year on a <br />rent free basis, and for a second year, <br />based upon the Association's financial <br />ability to pay rent. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />4. <br />
