Nos. 398-515-08 <br />and 09 together with A.P. Nos. 398-516-08, 09 <br />and 10, to the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Santa Ana and to convey <br />portions of A.P. Nos. 398-491-22, 23, 24 and <br />25 to Charles W. Berto, Estelle B. Berto and <br />Dean C. Berto. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve that certain settlement agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana, the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />and Charles W. Berto, Estelle B. Berto and <br />Dean C. Berto. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />DEMOLITIONS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />DEMOLITION OF IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED ON THE A-9 SITE AND <br />THE A-10 SITE <br /> <br />Recommendation: Authorize the Executive Director <br />of the Redevelopment Agency to issue two purchase <br />orders totaling $89.500.00. to Hintz Wrecking <br />Company. of which $20,000.00 is for the demolition <br />of improvements located on the A-10 site and <br />$69.500.00 is for the demolition of improvements <br />located on the A-9 site, contingent upon resolution <br />of pending litigation involving the A-9 site. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: Authorize the Executive <br />Director of the Redevelopment Agency to issue a <br />purchase order for the demolition of improvements <br />on the former Salvation Army property (A-9 and A-10 <br />sites). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS AND LOANS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN <br />FIESTA MARKETPLACE PROJECT (A-8 SITE) <br /> <br />-3- <br />
