<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 87-16: <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RECEIVING THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, ESTABLISHING THE PROJECT <br />BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL, AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING THE FILING INFORMATION REQUIRED BY <br />SECTIONS 33327 AND 33328 OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT LAW, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF A <br />FILING FEE TO THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION. <br /> <br />commission Recommendation: In this action, it is <br />the Redevelopment Agency that is forwarding the <br />Preliminary Plan to the Commission for <br />preparation of an official Redevelopment Plan and <br />Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 WEST 20th <br />STREET <br /> <br />Recommendation: Authorize the Chairman and <br />Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana to execute all <br />appropriate documents for acquisition of the real <br />property at 110 West Twentieth Street in the city <br />of Santa Ana from Velma N. Park, Trustee, for the <br />sum of $107,000.00. <br /> <br />commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Agency authorize the Chairman and Executive <br />Director to execute a purchase agreement for <br />acquisition of the real property at 110 West <br />Twentieth Street in the city of Santa Ana from <br />Velma N. Park, Trustee, for the sum of <br />$107,000.00. <br /> <br />2. <br />
