HOUGHTON - 817 NORTH LACY <br /> <br />Agency Action: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-15 - a resolution approving an agreement <br />between the Agency and Adrien L. and Barbara G. Houghton. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve the project budget and authorize its implementation by <br />the Community Redevelopment Commission. <br /> <br />City Council Action: Adopt a resolution of the City Council making <br />certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency pursuant to an agreement between <br />the Agency and Adrien L. and Barbara G. Houghton. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution approving an <br />agreement between the Agency and Adrien L. and Barbara G. Houghton, <br />by a vote of 4:0 (Rosenow, Adler, Alleman absent). <br /> <br />Housing Advisory Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency approve the terms and conditions for <br />the sale and rehabilitation of 817 North Lacy with Adrien L. and <br />Barbara G.
