<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />AB 265 (CHAPTER 1135, STATUTES OF 1985) RESIDENTIAL SET-ASIDE <br />COMPLIANCE FINDING <br /> <br />Agency Action: <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-12 - A resolution finding that the Agency is <br />exempt from the requirement of appropriating 20 percent of the tax <br />increment in the Central City project Area for low- and <br />moderate-income housing because a substantial effort to meet these <br />housing needs is being made through a combination of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and the tax increment revenues from <br />the other four project areas. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Commission Rècommendation: Recommend that the <br />Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution finding that the Agency is <br />exempt from the requirement of appropriating 20 percent of the tax <br />increment in the Central City Project Area for low- and <br />moderate-income housing because a substantial effort to meet these <br />housing needs is being made through a combination of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and the tax increment revenues from <br />the other four project areas, by a vote of 5:0 (Rosenow and Mack <br />absent) . <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />Agéncy Action: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the <br />Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the June <br />21, 1988 Community Redevelopment Agency Agenda was posted on the <br />door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 1 p.m. <br /> <br /> on <br /> June 15, 1988. <br />9.
