AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />SHORT-TERM LOAN OF $1.5 MILLION FROM THE SOUTH HARBOR <br />PROJECT AREA TO THE SOUTH MAIN PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />Agency Action: Approve a short-term loan of $1.5 million from the <br />South Harbor Project Area to the South Main Project Area for the <br />purpose of retiring the loan with Banque Paribas. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the <br />Redevelopment Agency approve a short-term loan of $1.5 million from <br />the South Harbor Project Area to the South Main Project Area for the <br />purpose of retiring the loan with Banque Paribas by a vote of 4:0 <br />(Adler, Alleman, Mack absent). <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />GRANTING OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE TO HUTTON <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR THE IC-l SITE <br /> <br />Agency Action: Grant a 180-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate to <br />Hutton Development Co., Inc. for the development of a site within the <br />1900-2020 block of East First Street, referred to as the IC-1 site. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Commi ssi on Recommendati on: Recommend that the <br />Redevelopment Agency grant a 180-day Exclusive Right to Negotiate to <br />Hutton Development Co., Inc. for the development of a site within the <br />1900-2020 block of East First Street, referred to as the IC-1 site, <br />by a vote of 4:0 (Adler, Alleman, Mack absent). <br />
