<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.A <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Commission Recommendation: <br />Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />approving an agreement between the Agency and BGS Partners; and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approve the project budget and authorize its implementation by <br />the Redevelopment Commission; and <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Amend the agreement to strike the term "bonus" and replace it <br />with the term "performance incentive" <br /> <br />by a vote of 5:2 (Gosse, Mills opposing). <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />KATZ HOLLIS COREN & ASSOCIATES, INC.
