<br />2. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Redevelonment Commission Recommendation' <br />Redevelopment Agency: <br /> <br />Recommend that the <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Approve Appropriation Adjustment No. 91-236 recognizing <br />$340,000 in unanticipated revenues in the Central City <br />Project Area, and appropriate same to the repayment to the <br />General Fund. The General Fund will loan $85,000 each to <br />the Inter-City Operations Fund, the North Harbor Operations <br />Fund, the South Harbor Operations Fund, and the South Main <br />Operations Fund for the preparation of plan amendments for <br />each of these four project areas. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the <br />Agency Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an <br />agreement between the Collllunity Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana and Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. for <br />preparation of amendments to four existing redevelopment <br />project area plans, by a vote of 4:0 (Esparza, Mack & <br />Stiens absent). <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER <br />SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />Redevelonment A2encv Action: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Approve Appropriation Adjustment No. 91-237 recognizing <br />$462,000 in unanticipated revenues in the Central City <br />Project Area and appropriating same to the repayment of the <br />General Fund.
