Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $1,000,000 in unanticipated Housing Set-Aside revenue and appropriating same for Residential Rehabilitation loans. 2. Approve an appropriation adjustment transferring $1,000,000 from the Housing Set-Aside funds to the South Harbor and South Main Project Areas and appropriating same for the payment to the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund. 3. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $2,264,655 in unanticipated revenue realized from the sale of assets related to the 1980 and 1981 Mortgage Revenue Bonds and appropriating same to Residential Rehabilitation loans and other capital projects in the Housing Set-Aside funds. 4. Approve an appropriation adjustment transferring $2,264,655 from the Housing Set-Aside funds to the Redevelopment funds for payment to the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund. 5. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $18,617,645 in bond proceeds from the Downtown Parking Facilities Certificate of Participation Refunding and appropriating same for the payment of various bond issuance and retirement expenses.
