Resolution 94-5 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana establishing a records retention schedule and approving the destruction of records in accordance therewith. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at 1106 North Spurgeon Street, Santa Ana, Assessor Parcel No. 398-025-06 from a conservator representing Mary Rokkum for $120,000. 2. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real properties located at 1120 North Spurgeon Street, Santa Ana, Assessor Parcel No. 398-025-04 and 1115 Bush Street, Santa Ana, Assessor Parcel No. 398-025-02 from Maria T.
