<br />Resolution Establishing the Mabury <br />Park Permit Parking District <br />March 7, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Vehicles without permits will be subject to a "No Stopping Any Time <br />Except With Valid Permit" restriction. <br /> <br />The program will be implemented on a block-by-block basis, when <br />approved by 66 percent or more of the property owners on a given <br />block. After the resolution is adopted, a 24-hour permit parking <br />restriction will be installed on the block of Grace Place, between <br />Linwood Avenue and the Santa Ana Freeway, which has qualified for <br />permit parking. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review. Categorical <br />Exemption ER No. 2005-17 will be filed for this report. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The cost of this permit parking program is estimated to be $1100 <br />for signs and permits. Funds are available under the encumbered <br />funds for the Orange County Striping Contract in the Maintenance <br />Division's account for Operating Materials and Supplies(account no. <br />11-623-6291) . <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />T ( .
