Authorize the Executive Director to consent on behalf of the Redevelop- <br />ment Agency to a proposed transfer by BGS Partners of Its Interests in the <br />MacArthur Place site and the Disposition and Development Agreement to <br />a new entity to be fonned by BGS Partners and Thenno Development, <br />Inc., or an affiliated organization. <br /> <br />2.
