<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATIERS <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency held on February 5, 1996. <br /> <br />; <br />RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br /> <br />Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the Minutes. <br /> <br />The February 5, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 10 a.m. on February 1, 1996. <br /> <br />* * * * END OF CONSENT CALENDAR * * * * <br /> <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolution 96-1 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana adopting a Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in <br />cooperation with the County of Orange, authorizing an application to the <br />California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an allocation for the <br />issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates and the transfer of such allocation <br />to the County of Orange. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and <br />Executive Director to execute, a Cooperative Agreement between the County <br />of Orange and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa <br />Ana to implement a Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit <br />Certificate Program. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO LOAN REPAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH HISTORIC <br />FRENCH PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />Motion: Authorize the Executive Director to amend the loan repayment terms with the <br />Historic French Park Neighborhood Association for the development of the <br />property located at 820 North Lacy Street to allow for a short payoff of the loans, <br />with a maximum loss to the Agency not to exceed $12,000. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AGENDA <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1996 <br />
