<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISmON OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS - ROSEMARY GEORGE STRALEY - 612, 614 & 622 EAST <br />SANTA ANA BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and <br />Executive Director to execute, an Agreement with Rosemary George Straley for <br />acquisition of real property located at 612, 614, and 622 East Santa Ana <br />Boulevard, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel Nos. 398-311-02, 398- <br />311-15, and 398-31 1-16./or the amount of$150, 000 plus closing costs in an <br />amount not to exceed $2,500. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS - 322 EAST ADAMS STREET, 715-719 NORTH CONCORD, <br />AND 714 EAST SANTA ANA BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and <br />Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition of real <br />property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at <br />322 East Adams Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor Parcel <br />Number 016-045-10from the Irvine Ranch Water Districtfor the amount <br />of$67,OOO plus normal costs not to exceed $2,000. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and <br />Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition of real <br />property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at <br />715- 719 North Concord, Santa Ana, and identified as Director's Deeds <br />Nos. 072996-01-02 and 100239-01-01 from Caltransfor the total amount <br />of $61,500. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and <br />Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition of real <br />property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property located at <br />714 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor <br />Parcel Number 398-312-18 from Charlotte Watman for the amount of <br />$38,000 plus escrow closing costs not to exceed $2, 000. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />SECOND: <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AGENDA <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />MARCH3,1997 <br />
