MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 25, 1978 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Vernon S. Evans at <br />4:00 P.M. in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza. <br />Councilmen Gordon Bricken, Harry K. Yamamoto, John Garthe, David <br />L. Brandt, James E. Ward and Mayor Evans were present. Absent <br />was Councilman David F. Ortiz. Staff members present were City <br />Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, Assistant <br />City Manager Daniel E. Stone, and Clerk of the Council Florence <br />I. Malone. <br /> <br />RECESS Following the Call to <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION Order, Council immediately <br />ADJOURNMENT recessed to Executive <br /> Session for consideration <br />of personnel matters; the meeting reconvened at 4:30 P.M. and <br />immediately adjourned, by unanimous informal consent. <br /> <br />_ELORI~NCE I.
