1973, on the motion of Councilman Bricken, seconded by Council- <br />man Brandt, carried 4:1 with Councilman Ortiz dissenting. <br />Assistant City Attorney, Edward Cooper, reported that the escrow <br />may be closed after First American Title Insurance Company is <br />indemnified from any loss accruing from the present tax encum- <br />brance on the subject property, amounting to $25,000.
