Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Executive <br />Director of the Community Development Agency to execute <br />agreements and all other required documents as necessary. <br /> <br />3. Amend the Cornerstone Village loan programs to modify the <br />terms of the loans. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SESSION <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISTION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 804 EAST SANTA ANA BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition <br />of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property <br />located at 804 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, and identified <br />as Assessor Parcel Number 398-313-02 from Joseph Khac Vu and <br />Christine Hoang Vu for the amount of $320,000 plus normal escrow <br />and closing costs. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISTION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 609 NORTH LACY STREET <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the acquisition <br />of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property <br />located at 609 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and identified as <br />Assessor Parcel Number 398-312-05 from Jesus A.
