Amend the contract with Gafcon, Inc. for construction <br />management of landscape, façade and courtyard improvements <br />for an additional amount not to exceed $35,000. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution approving (1) a modification to the Cornerstone <br />Village Owner Participation Agreement, and authorize the City <br />Attorney to prepare and the Chairman and the Executive Director to <br />execute amendments to the Owner Participation Agreement; (2) <br />modifications to the Cornerstone Village Loan Programs; and (3) <br />subordination of Façade and Courtyard Improvement loans to new <br />priority liens. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SESSION <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />SANTA ANA BOULEVARD EXTENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS WITH <br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />AND THE OLSON COMPANY <br /> <br />Motions: 1. <br /> <br />Authorize the Executive Director of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency to continue to negotiate the terms and <br />conditions of a Disposition and Development Agreement with <br />Southern California Housing Development Corporation for the <br />acquisition and rehabilitation of multi-family housing located in <br />the area along Santa Ana Boulevard between Poinsettia Street <br />and Mortimer for an additional six-month period. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the Executive Director of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency to continue to negotiate the terms and <br />conditions of a Disposition and Development Agreement with The <br />Olson Company (TOC) for the development of a new housing <br />project in the area along Santa Ana Boulevard between Poinsettia <br />Street and Mortimer for an additional six-month period. <br /> <br />CRAAGENDA <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />JULY 16,2001 <br />
