Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real property located at 335 E. McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, and <br />identified as Assessor Parcel Number 011-065-16 from lona Sloan <br />Ziegler Trustee for the amount of $215,000 plus normal escrow <br />and closing costs. <br /> <br />2. Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property located at 802 N.
