<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS COVERING 606 AND 614 NORTH LACY STREET. <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real property located at 606 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and <br />identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-311-12 from Felix <br />Ponce and Claudia Josefina Ponce for the amount of $130,000 <br />plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman <br />and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real property located at 614 North Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and <br />identified as Assessor Parcel Number 398-311-13 from John J. <br />Merino Jr., Robert L.
