Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare, and authorize the <br />Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring the <br />real property located at 628 N. Garfield, Santa Ana, and identified <br />as Assessor Parcel Number 398-312-17 from Eddy and Brenda <br />Vargas for the amount of $200,000 plus normal escrow and <br />closing costs. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO THE FAÇADE IMPROVEMENT REBATE PROGRAM <br />AND CONTRACT WITH WILDAN FOR CONSTRUCTION MONITORING <br /> <br />Motions: 1. Amend the Façade Improvement Rebate Program to provide for <br />prevailing wage compliance. <br /> <br />2.
