Mr. Wes Brown <br />of Sims-Orange Welding Supply will receive his letter by mail. <br /> CA 73B <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION PRESENTATION Mr. Phil Reber, Chairman <br />PARK & RECREATION MONTH of the City's Board of <br /> Recreation and Parks, <br /> was the recipient of the <br />Mayor's Proclamation declaring the month of June as Park and <br />Recreation Month; Councilman Brandt did the honors with his <br />thanks to the Board for its work during the past year to assist <br />the Council with Park and Recreation decisions. CA ?3B <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - VA 78-21 Mayor Evans announced that <br />1700 B.
