<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 84-33 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECOG- <br />NIZING THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF THOMAS E. HAMMILL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas E. Hammill has been instrumental in the <br />formulation and implementation of a successful redevelopment strat- <br />egy for the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas E. Hammill has been a key participant <br />in the largest development projects ever undertaken in the City; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas E. Hammill's unique and extensive expe- <br />rience has provided leadership in the implementation of all rede- <br />velopment projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Rede- <br />velopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />The Community Redevelopment Commission recognizes the <br />outstanding contributions of Thomas E.
