That certain property located generally at 2720-2756 <br />North Main Street in the City of Santa Ana and more specifically <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference, is hereby exempted from acquisition by eminent <br />domain by this Agency. <br /> <br />2. This resolution shall not be effective until recorded <br />in the records of Orange County. The Executive Director of the <br />Agency shall cause this resolution to be recorded on such date <br />as specified by the Agency's Legal Counsel in compliance with <br />any applicable court order.
