MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />July 3, 1978 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the <br />Assistant Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor <br />and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of <br />the Council, and the Assistant Clerk ~eclared the meeting <br />adjourned for lack of a quorum to July 11, 1978 at 2:00 P.M. <br />in the Council Chambers.
