<br />, <br />ii' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />5/2/84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING <br />THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR <br />THE FASHION SQUARE COMMERCIAL CENTER PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana (the "Agency") is considering approval of a <br />Participation Agreement with Santa Ana'Venture for the re- <br />development of the Fashion Square Commercial Center (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency as "lead agencyn for the Project, <br />has previously caused to be prepared a Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report for the Project, and has submitted said Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for review and comment by all <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law and by the general <br />public, including the holding of a public hearing thereon on <br />April 19, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all comments received by the Agency during <br />such review have been collected and the Agency has caused <br />responses to su~ comments to be prepared, and has caused a <br />Final Environmental Impact Report to be prepared, consisting <br />of the Draft Environmental Impact Report together with a <br />supplement entitled Volume II, including the comments and <br />responses; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said Final Environmental Impact Report <br />has been forwarded to the members of the governing board of the <br />Agency for their review and consideration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all of the foregoing has been undertaken in <br />accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act, the State CEQA Guidelines, and the local environ- <br />mental rules of the Agency; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />lA <br />
