MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />July 17, 1978 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:30 P.M. by Mayor Vernon S. <br />Evans. The following members of Council were present: David <br />F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto~ John Garthe, David L. Brandt, James <br />E. Ward and Mayor Evans. Councilman Gordon Bricken arrived at <br />3:35 P.M. Also present were the following Staff members: City <br />Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, Director of <br />Public Works John Eo Stevens, Planning Director Charles C. <br />Zimmerman, Police Chief Raymond C. Davis, and Clerk of the Coun- <br />cil Florence I.
