<br />". . <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />refunding bonds to be designated "City of Santa Ana Community <br />Redevelopment Agency Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, 1985 <br /> <br />Series E (MainPlace Project) (the "Bonds"). <br /> <br />The principal and <br /> <br />interest on the Bonds is to be paid from tax increment from the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Area. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />R.H.
