Don McPherson, 13541 Prospect Avenue, responded to the call <br />for proponents. He stated that he represented t'he applicant and <br />recommended approval of the zone change to properly develop the <br />property for residential condominium purposes. <br /> <br />There were no opponents or other speakers, an~ the Mayor Pro <br />Tem closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Council approved and filed the Negative Declaration, placed the <br />following ordinance on first reading, and authorized publica- <br />tion of its title, on the unanimously carried 5:0 motion of <br />Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Ortiz: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
