<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I"l.. <br /> <br />,r <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />2/6/85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND RITCHEY <br />CENTER NORTH AND RITCHEY CENTER SOUTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana is engaged in activities necessary to ex- <br />ecute and implement the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana <br />South Main Street Redevelopment project¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to implement the Redevelopment <br />Plan, the Agency proposes to install certain public improve- <br />ments in the project Area, pursuant to the terms and pro- <br />visions of that certain "Participation Agreement" between <br />the Agency and Ritchey Center North and Ritchey Center south, <br />which is on file in the office of the Executive Director of <br />the Agency, in which said real property (hereinafter referred <br />to as the "Site") is described¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Agreement contains all the <br />provisions, terms, conditions and obligations required by <br />state and local law¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ritchey Center North and Ritchey Center <br />South possess the qualifications and financial resources <br />necessary to acquire and insure development of the Site, <br />in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the <br />Redevelopment Plan¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Santa Ana has prepared an Initial Study of the environ- <br />mental impact of the proposed agreement¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the <br />above said Initial Study and the final Environmental Impact <br />Report for the Santa Ana South Main Street Redevelopment Plan¡ <br />and <br /> <br />2./ <br /> <br />8B <br />
