<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-47 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECOGNIZING <br />THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF DAVID N. REAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David N. Ream has been a guiding force in Santa Ana's <br />redevelopment program since joining the staff in 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David N. Ream's unique and extensive experience has <br />provided true leadership in the shaping of development policy for the city; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the impact of Mr. Ream's contribution can be measured <br />by the unprecedented economic growth and vitality experienced in Santa Ana <br />during his tenure as Executive Director of the Economic Development Agency; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />The Community Redevelopment Commission recognizes the <br />outstanding contribution of David N.
