<br />8 <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 1, Definitions, As used in this Resolution, the <br />following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the <br />context otherwise requires: <br /> <br />"Bond" or "Bonds" means the "City of Santa Ana <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, Santa Ana South Main Street <br />Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, 1986 <br />Series A," authorized by this Resolution. <br /> <br />"Bond Insurer" means Financial Guaranty Insurance <br />Company, a New York stock insurance corporation, doing <br />business in California as FGIC Insurance Company, and its <br />successor or successors. <br /> <br />"Bond Year" means the twelve (12) month period of each <br />year commencing on the initial date of the Bonds. <br /> <br />"Bondholder" or "Owner of Bonds," or any similar <br />means any person who shall be the registered owner or <br />duly authorized attorney, trustee, or representative. <br />the purpose of Bondholders' voting rights or consents, <br />Bonds owned by or held for the account of the Agency, or <br />the City, directly or indirectly, shall not be counted, <br /> <br />term, <br />his <br />For <br /> <br />"City" means the City of Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />"Escrow Bank" means the Fiscal Agent acting as the <br />holder of the Refunded Bond Fund as provided in the Escrow <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />"Escrow Agreement" means that certain Escrow Agreement <br />by and between the Agency and the Escrow Bank, <br /> <br />"Federal Securities" means direct obligations of the <br />United States of America or bonds or other obligations for <br />which the full faith and credit of the United States is <br />pledged for the timely payment of principal and interest. <br /> <br />"Fiscal Agent" means the fiscal agent appointed by the <br />Agency pursuant to Section 20 hereof, its successors and <br />assigns, and any other corporation or association which may <br />at any time be substituted in its place, as provided in <br />this Resolution, <br /> <br />"Independent Financial Consultant," "Independent <br />Engineer,""Independent Certified Public Accountant" or <br />"Independent Redevelopment Consultant" means any individual <br />or firm engaged in the profession involved, appointed by <br />the Agency, and who, or each of whom, has a favorable <br />reputation in the field in which his/her opinion or <br />certificate will be given, and: <br /> <br />05-23-86 <br />1665k/228l/06 <br /> <br />-2- <br />
