MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 26, 1978 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at S:00 P.M. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the <br />Acting Clerk of the Council, Patricia E. Rice, in the absence <br />of the Mayor and Vice Mayor.
