<br />8 <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REL:k-2 <br />05/05/86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-17 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEEN THE AGENCY AND COMMONWEALTH <br />VOLKSWAGEN CORPORATION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana, by its Resolution No. 84-29, approved a "Lease, <br />Option and Development Agreement" with Commonwealth Volkswagen <br />Corporation, dated December 18, 1984 (the "Agreement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement calls for Commonwealth Volkswagen <br />to lease, with an option to purchase, Parcel 9 of the Santa Ana <br />Auto Mall and develop the same as an automobile dealership; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to the Agreement do now desire to <br />amend the same in certain particulars; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA does hereby approve that certain <br />"Amendment to Lease, Option and Purchase Agreement" between the <br />Agency and Commonwealth Volkswagen Corporation, a public record <br />on file in the offices of the Agency. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of <br />following vote: <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />,1986, by the <br /> <br />AYES: MEMBERS: <br />NOES: MEMBERS: <br />ABSENT: MEMBE RS : <br /> <br />Acosta, Griset, Hart, Johnson, <br />McGuigan and Young <br />None <br /> <br />Luxembourger <br /> <br />w <br /> <br /> <br />Øz~ <br /> <br />Daniel E.
